Accommodation
Yes. All cabins include full linen on all beds. Additional linen can be supplied on request.
Yes. The cabins’ main living area is air-conditioned, and fans in the bedrooms help maintain a pleasant temperature. You can enjoy a cool and comfortable stay while keeping your internal doors open for airflow.
Cabins are not serviced daily, but fresh linen or supplies can be provided for longer stays.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and EFTPOS or direct deposit payments from an invoice. Payment requirements vary by booking type.

No. We are a pet-free park.
Pets are not permitted in the park or accommodation at any time.
Due to safety regulations and our tropical environment, campfires are not permitted within the park.
Yes. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
Yes. Children must be supervised at all times. Children under 12 must also be accompanied by either a parent or guardian in the pool area.
For everyone’s safety, the speed limit is 5 km/h.
No. For safety reasons, charging electric vehicles using the site’s power outlets or cabin connections is strictly prohibited. There is a high risk of overheating and fire. Please use only approved EV charging points.
We like to ensure that our guests have exclusive use of the park facilities. We ask that you check with reception prior to arranging any visitors, as during peak times we may restrict the number of visitors allowed.

Yes, you can enjoy swimming at Blacks Beach. However, from October to May, marine stingers can appear in North Queensland. For your safety, please wear a stinger suit and follow local safety signs at all times.
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in key areas throughout the park.
Yes, the defibrillator is located in the laundry at the end of the amenities.
Yes, guests may have mail delivered to reception. Please notify us beforehand so we can hold it for you.
