What time can I check in to my caravan site?
You can check in to your Mackay caravan park site anytime after 11 am.
What time do I need to check out of my caravan site?
You must check out of your caravan site by 10 am.
Can I bring my pet to my caravan site in Mackay?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
What times is the reception open?
Reception is open 8am to 5pm 7 days a week. Public Holiday Hours from 9am to 4pm. Christmas Day closed.
What about deposits and payment
You must pay a deposit to reserve your caravan park site. The easiest way is to supply a valid credit card during booking. We only accept personal cheques or money orders if received 28 days prior to arrival.
The balance is payable upon check-in.
